Non-Refundable Services

Dispute Resolution
If you're not satisfied with our initial refund decision, we offer a formal dispute resolution process. Our senior management team reviews all disputes with fresh eyes and additional authority to make exceptions when warranted.
Dispute requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original refund decision. Include any additional information or circumstances that weren't considered in the initial review. We typically respond to dispute requests within 7-10 business days.
